License Management Request Automation (Digital Transformation) - Global Talent Acquisition, L'Oréal Paris
I led a team of 62 superusers to automate license request processes, cutting annual license costs by 27% (€27,082) and boosting efficiency. Our goals were clear: to automate the license request workflow by overhauling the
traditional, inefficient license request process. Additionally, we aimed to assist superusers in tracking their members with licenses and removing inactive users with existing licenses. As the project coordinator, I led the initiative, working closely with the team and each member played a crucial role in bringing this project to fruition.

The main objectives are to examine the presence of cointegration, indicating a long-run equilibrium relationship, and to explore the long-term dynamics and potential short-term adjustments among the variables
